7 Card Stud is the most popular stud game. There are no community cards in stud games. Each player receive seven cards, three of them are face down and the other four are face up. This game consists of five rounds of betting. The other difference from the Holdem games is that before the start of the current hand, all the players must put an ante, there are no Blinds. A small bet, usually a fraction of the lower limit on the table, is called ante. 

7 Card Stud have some Rounds - 1) An ante. 2) Two face down and one face up cards are dealt to each of the players. 3) First betting round takes place. 4) Fourth Street - it is when a fourth card is dealt face up. 5) Second Betting round takes place. 6) Fifth Street - a fifth card is dealt face up. 7) Third betting round takes place. 8) Sixth Street - a sixth card is dealt face up. 9) Fourth betting round takes place. 10) River - the last card is dealt face down. 11) Last, fifth betting round. 12) Showdown - the players show their hands and the winner is determined. The first person who shows their hand is the last person who shows strength with a bet or raise. To make your best poker hand you can use any five of your seven cards. The player that has the highest ranked hand is the winner. In the first betting round the bring-in bet is put by the player who has been dealt the lowest up-card is. Suit becomes the deciding factor when two or more players have the same rank of up-cards. The quetion here is to which of them to make the bring-in bet. Clubs is the lowest suit then it is followed by Diamonds, Hearts and Spades. In the other betting round the first bet is put by the player with the player with the best up-cards.
